Registration problems

Problems with serial and hardware



This error message can be generated after you have made hardware changes, reformatted your computer or your serial number has been registered on another computer. All these can result in a change of your hardware key. To resolve this you need to change the hardware key that is registered on our server in relation to your serial number to the new hardware key that shows at the bottom of your "Enter Serial Number" box.

You must login to your account on our website http://users.alcohol-soft.com/login.php Once logged in select Licence(s) from the menu and then click on "Activations", here you should select your present hardware key and make it active. You can then return to Alcohol and you will be able to activate it.
