Serial number is not valid
The error you have received indicates that the data Alcohol Soft has on record concerning the serial number and or the email address, does not match the information that you have entered.
Please login to the user control panel and validate that the serial number you are using is the Alcohol 120% serial number that has been issued to you. To view your serial number once you have logged into your control panel simply click on the word "serials" in the menu on the left of the page.
Please do not contact support before you have logged in and verified the above.
If you have forgotten your password to your login account it can be automatically emailed to you from the user control panel. If none of the above works and does not solve the problem, then you should contact the support team.
Be sure to explain your problem and include the serial number and email address that you have used when the problem occurred, our support staff will endeavor to resolve your problem in the shortest possible time.
